What subframe should I use?

Aluminium offers the longest lifespan, composite joists suit most domestic installs, and treated timber is a cost-effective option when installed correctly.

Does composite decking fade?

Boards may lighten slightly as they settle, but they do not fade like timber. All Decking NI boards are UV-stabilised.

How do I maintain composite decking?

Maintenance is minimal — usually just warm soapy water and a soft brush a few times per year. No painting or staining required.

Can I collect decking materials the same day?

Yes — most products are available for same-day collection from our yard in Dungannon when pre-ordered.
